‘Squirt Labs’ will endeavour to ensure that products displayed on the site are available, but we cannot guarantee stock availability at all times. If a product selected is not available there may be a waiting period until more stock is available or you may select an alternative product.
Product Information
All Squirt Labs products are manufactured in certified laboratories. While Squirt Labs has put processes in place to avoid caking/hardening/inconsistency of ingredients, this is still possible due to the nature of the ingredients, and does not mean that potency has been compromised/warrant a return/refund.

Shipping Policy
Squirt Labs ships worldwide for free. Your order can arrive as quickly as 3 business days or take as long as 10 or more business days depending on customs protocols, courier efficiency and other delivery related matters. Squirt Labs will always endeavour to get customer orders to their intended destination as soon as possible. Once processing of an order is complete and the parcel arrives in the destination country, an email with tracking information will be sent to the customer. The parcel will then be able to be tracked with the domestic courier/freight company. If the customer does not receive a tracking number, Squirt Labs will happily provide it upon request, simply send a tracking request via email to squirtlabs@gmail.com. Squirt Labs is based in the USA but operates exclusively as an online store.
Refund/Return Policy
If a product/s is supplied incorrectly or deemed faulty by Squirt Labs, only then will Squirt Labs accept the return of that product/s. In the case of the aforementioned, the customer must comply with the directions provided via email by Squirt Labs to warrant a return. Should a product be returned, it must be in a condition worth of re-sale by Squirt Labs standards and must remain in its original undamaged packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. Squirt Labs takes no responsibility for items lost in transit. By purchasing off Squirt Labs, you acknowledge and agree that Squirt Labs will not accept a return and will not refund your order beyond 30 days of purchase date or based on a change of mind.
